Kristina has mentored dozens of educators in the clinical teaching portion of their educational certification program. She has run over 50 worldwide professional development courses for educators to help better prepare them for the changing world after the COVID-19 pandemic. Kristina has served on accreditation committees for Cognia to ensure the quality of education for schools in the USA and worldwide has maintained high standards. She is an American and British certified educator in middle school and high school science. She has 12 years of experience teaching in Africa and the USA with 5 years experience in leadership positions such as Head of Science Department and Curriculum Coordinator. Kristina is an active member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), International Honor Society in Psychology (Psi Chi), and International Honor Society in Education (Kappa Delta Pi). She has also published several journal articles focusing on the emotional intelligence (EQ) of third culture kids (TCKs).
